Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen peaches
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen peaches, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness by adding more almond milk or ice cubes.
  4. Blend again if needed for desired consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
  6. Garnish with peach slices or cinnamon if desired.
