Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (180g) crushed chocolate graham crackers
  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz (226g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (180g) chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 6 oz (170g) semisweet chocolate, melted


Instructions

  • Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter, press into a pie dish, and chill.
  • Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Whip heavy cream and fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Spread filling over the crust and top with melted chocolate and chopped Reese’s.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
