Description

Peanut Butter Energy Bites: These no-bake peanut butter bites are packed with oats, honey, and chocolate chips—perfect for a quick and healthy snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in mini chocolate chips and chia seeds or flaxseeds (if using).
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
