Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 package (20 oz) cheese ravioli
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Season steak and sear in olive oil until browned; set aside.
  • Melt butter, add garlic and red pepper flakes, then pour in beef broth.
  • Add cheese ravioli and let simmer with cream and seasonings.
  • Return steak to skillet, mix everything together, and garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
