Ingredients

  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños (chopped)

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil and halve the eggs.
  2. Mash yolks with cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in chopped jalapeños and shredded cheddar.
  4. Spoon or pipe the filling into egg whites.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
