Instructions
- Prepare the Popcorn: Pop the popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels.
- Make the Marshmallow Mixture: Melt butter, add marshmallows, and stir until smooth. Mix in vanilla, food coloring, and tonic water.
- Combine & Coat: Pour the mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
- Shape the Popcorn Bombs: Grease hands and form popcorn into balls. Let them set for 20 minutes.
- Test the Glow: Place under blacklight and enjoy the glowing effect!
