Instructions
- Crush Oreos and press into a casserole dish.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Prepare vanilla pudding mix with cold milk and fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over the Oreo crust, then top with pudding mix.
- Decorate with pastel candies and mini Oreos.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
