- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed)
- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté chicken until golden and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, and spices.
- Return chicken to the pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
- Squeeze lemon juice over, garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot!

- For extra heat, increase cayenne or red pepper flakes.
