This Cowboy Butter Chicken Pasta is a bold, buttery, and flavor-packed dish loaded with garlicky heat and creamy richness.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (cubed)
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.
  • In a skillet, sauté chicken until golden and cooked through.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, and spices.
  • Return chicken to the pan, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over, garnish with parsley and Parmesan. Serve hot!

  • For extra heat, increase cayenne or red pepper flakes.
